Kila Gallegos

Hi, I'm Kila! I am one of the new owners of Top Knot! My sister and I had the wonderful opportunity to take ownership and have loved the salon, our staff, clients and everything about the journey so far. Our goal is to keep Top Knot as the salon you all know and love!

I'm a Colorado native and have been a licensed cosmetologist for almost 4 years. I have a passion in everything beauty and make sure to keep myself updated on my education and new trends.

I specialize in balayage and blonding, but I also have passion for transformative looks and layering haircuts with bouncy blowouts. I take pride in my commitment to preserving your hairs health, along with providing personalized aftercare tips and styling advice.

My goal is to always have you walking out of my chair feeling refreshed, relaxed, and 100% your absolute best! I strive to create a welcoming, judgment free, and comfortable environment for all.

Amy Fowler

Hi, I'm Amy! I've been doing hair for 9 years. I specialize in grey blending, lived-in color, and precision cutting. I'm passionate about creating effortlessly beautiful looks with easy grow outs while making you feel refreshed and renewed once you leave my chair.

When I'm not behind the chair, you can usually find me outside soaking up the summer sun with a good book in hand, or spending cherished time with my husband and our grown girls or doing house projects!

Reagan Hibdon

Hey! I'm Reagan!
I specialize in LIVED-IN, low maintenance color and cutting! I trained under Sara Botsford, Redken Ambassador, and am so excited to bring that knowledge to the Springs! I am a sucker for a good bronde, but also love doing blondes and brunettes!! I have a wide knowledge of layered haircuts too- a haircut + color need to compliment eachother.
A little about me: I grew up in Orange County, CA, love In n Out Burger, and watching realiy TV ;) I also love dressing up in fun outfits hehe

Kim Fraughton

Hi, I’m Kimberly — a hairstylist who specializes in blondes and extensions. I’m all about creating hair that looks and feels amazing, whether it’s a soft, sun-kissed blonde or adding length and volume with natural-looking extensions.

Blonding and extensions take a careful eye and attention to detail, and I love the challenge of customizing every look to suit my clients’ features, lifestyle, and vibe. My goal is to help you feel confident and beautiful the moment you step out of my chair — and for weeks afterward.

Hey! I'm Skyler!
I am a licensed cosmetologist who joined Top Knot in October 2025. I am originally from California, and I moved to Colorado several years ago.
I'm currently a baby stylist, working towards specializing in blonding, but I also love working with brunettes and copper hair. I'm grateful to be learning from the women around me and growing my craft so I can make sure you are leaving my chair feeling refreshed and beautiful!

Hey! I'm Kate, a licensed cosmetologist raised in Colorado Springs. I love being apart of the community that shaped who I am; I went to high school and live just down the street from where I work now.
I am currently an assistant stylist looking to enhance my knowledge and skills in color services. I started my career at a blow dry bar and specialize in blowouts, styling, and hand-tied tinsel. I love creating looks that feel like you -- just elevated.

Hi, I'm Briana! I'm a licensed hairstylist born in Oceanside, California, but was raised in Colorado. Colorado helped shape who I am, but the ocean will always feel like home.
